ations. You will work with the maintenance team in a manufacturing environment, supporting 3-shift operations, and work onsite in Chennai, India and will report to Maintenance team lead

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, air dryers, RO/DM water systems, DG, HT/LT systems, andAs a Utility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure reliable operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plan utility distribution networks.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-related issues in utility equipment.
  • Support utility system installation, modifications, improvements, audits, KPI tracking, and energy-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, environmental standards, 5S, TPM, and maintenance documentation.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics, or relevant technical qualification.
  • C Licence (SCC certification).
  • 5 or more years of experience in utility maintenance in manufacturing / industrial plants.
  • Knowledge of HT/LT, DG, compressors, chillers, HVAC, pumps, ETP/WTP, and related utility systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues and read technical drawings/manuals for the utility related equipment's

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience in preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and maintenance KPI tracking.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, permits, lockout/tagout procedures, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience handling plant utility equipment reliability and energy optimization programmes.
