Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) on sputter systems, laser trim equipment, photolithography tools, wet etch, electrical plating tools, and assembly packaging equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
Operate and maintain robotics, conveyors, industrial ovens, cryogenic components, vacuum hoses, bearings, and chain drives in a cleanroom environment.
Log all maintenance activities in the system including work orders, asset tracking, and maintenance history.
Support equipment calibration and process stabilization to improve production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Follow all lockout/tagout, EHS, and cleanroom protocols during maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Engineer / Manager on scheduling and prioritizing maintenance activities.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, and line expansion projects as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical technology preferred.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor, electronics, or cleanroom
Experience performing PMs and troubleshooting on production equipment including vacuum systems, robotics, conveyors, and process tools.
Familiarity with CMMS systems for work order management and maintenance tracking.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and follow maintenance SOPs, equipment manuals, and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled-environment setting.
Direct experience with sputter systems, laser trim tools, wet benches, or photolithography equipment.
Hands-on experience with cryogenic components, vacuum pumps, or precision optical systems.
CMMS experience with eMaintenance, SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms.
Background in semiconductor or thin-film PV manufacturing.
Experience training or mentoring other technicians.
