Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation while minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including shafts, bearings, chains, sprockets, gears, belts, and mechanical drive systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electro-pneumatic systems using strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Competently utilize digital electrical meters to test continuity, voltage, and resistance, demonstrating a practical understanding of both AC and DC circuits.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain photoelectric and proximity sensors to ensure proper machine operation and automation reliability.
• Assist senior maintenance technicians with equipment installation, advanced repairs, and root cause analysis while adhering to established safety and maintenance procedures.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and repairs, and maintain organized records, tools, and work areas in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities, support continuous improvement initiatives,

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment.

Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidates qualifications experience, education, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities
