Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do
- Complete maintenance requests for apartment homes
- Perform apartment turns (repairs, painting, cleaning, appliances)
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests
- Support property upkeep, including snow removal and seasonal tasks
- Work both independently and with a team
Important: On-Call Pay
- You are paid for all on-call time worked, including:
- - Resident phone calls
- - Travel time
- - On-site emergency repairs

This is a fast-paced maintenance role supporting occupied and vacant apartment homes. You should be comfortable balancing scheduled work, emergency repairs, and rotating on-call responsibilities.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance
- Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
