We are seeking two experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems throughout the facility. This role will diagnose equipment issues, replace or rebuild components, and ensure machines are running at optimal performance to minimize downtime. The position requires strong technical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment while upholding safety and quality standards.
Schedule Monday - Thursday: 5pm - 3am

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or trade school preferred.
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and reliability‑centered maintenance.
Experience working with manufacturing equipment such as roll formers, presses, conveyors, or automated machinery preferred.
