Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve machinery and mechanical equipment and components such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve systems components. These activities may include: drive control components and I/O, Working knowledge of controls programming, Electrical sensors and field devices.
• Perform basic fabrication and machining tasks: Set up and operate shop equipment and portable power tools, Set-up and perform basic stick/mig welding tasks, Use precision measuring equipment for machining.
• Perform millwright tasks: Moving material, equipment and machinery using standard methods of lifting, rigging, hoisting, blocking, skidding and rolling. Level and tram rolls.
• Perform Preventive, Predictive, and Emergency Maintenance inclusive of: Production equipment, material handling equipment, safety devices and facility utilities following standard procedures as indicated on PM route sheets or in equipment manuals, Set-up PM’s on new equipment, Update PM’s on existing equipment for frequency and job plan.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Safety Practices at all times.
• Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope as defined by site management.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of Maintenance experience in Industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
