Maintenance Technician – Vetra Hurstbourne (Louisville, KY)
Pay: $22-$26/hr. | Bonuses | Great Benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Handle apartment repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Oversee tools, supplies, and equipment
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma/GED
• HVAC experience required; EPA certification preferred
• Bilingual a plus
• Proven apartment or multifamily maintenance background
• Ability to be on-call and work independently
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
