Our award-winning client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and implement innovative solutions to optimize production efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose and repair equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reliability through innovative solutions.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Demonstrate expertise in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
Work closely with production teams to optimize production schedules and meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong technical skills, including electrical, mechanical, and automation.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical or vocational degree in a related field.
Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of sanitary welding.
