What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances 
• Complete service requests quickly and professionally 
• Support unit turns / make-readies to keep occupancy strong 
• Maintain community appearance and safety standards 
• Provide great service to residents and your team 

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Maintenance experience (multifamily is a big plus) 
• HVAC experience strongly preferred 
• EPA Certification = major advantage 
• Ability to troubleshoot independently 
• Reliable, team-oriented, and responsive 
• Open to on-call rotation
