We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize line efficiency. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to perform daily maintenance tasks and provide reliable production support.

Key Responsibilities

The technician will respond promptly to line calls, prioritize work to keep production running, monitor machine performance, and implement long-term corrective solutions for recurring issues. A craftsman mindset, sound judgment, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Prior experience in a bakery or food production environment is highly beneficial, along with hands-on experience maintaining equipment such as industrial ovens, conveyors, mixing bowls, proofers, boilers, wrappers, and fryers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for accurately documenting preventive maintenance task (PMs) and work orders in MTX (MaintainX), our CMMS system. Strict adherence to safety standards—including LOTO procedures, PPE requirements, GMP guidelines, and company work rules—is required at all times. The role also requires clear shift-to-shift communication, participation in the on-call hierarchy when necessary, and maintaining clean, organized work areas and tools. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
