What You Will Do:
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect machines, clean components, change parts, and lubricate equipment
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repairs using hand tools and lifting devices
• Read work orders, equipment manuals, diagrams, and repair instructions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repair logs
• Work safely and follow all Lockout Tagout and workplace safety procedures
• Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to complete repairs
Skills and Experience Needed:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals
• Basic welding experience preferred (MIG, stick, or torch cutting)
• Ability to safely work with or around 3 phase electrical systems
• Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on physical work as needed
