What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform make-ready / unit turns to prepare apartments for new residents
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and community amenities
- Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests as needed
- Track and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of maintenance or make-ready experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience strongly preferred; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to be part of an on-call rotation
- Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
