JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to Receive Repair Request tasks from production/maintenance team leader and carry-out repair activities in accordance with the set procedures, Work Instructions (WI) and Machine Manuals in order to get the machine back into adequate working condition. Seek Maintenance/Production Team Leader assistance in troubleshooting breakdowns upon need. Request Spare Parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form from store keeper. Execute repair tasks; clean the working area according in order to handle back the area clean and free from any work residues. Upon repair completion, write the Finishing Time, task description, any pending tasks or newly discovered findings on the maintenance daily report and relay it to maintenance lead technician/maintenance team leader Execute Preventive Maintenance preset by planning and carry-out activities according to the set checklists and highlight any new finding to further scheduling. Assume 5S duties according to the set 5S plan to enhance working condition
