Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This individual will support a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Utility Technician will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the customer. The Utility Technician must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.  Ideal candidates will possess a positive, can-do attitude and understand the importance of building strong client partnerships through excellent communication. We are looking for someone who adapts quickly to change and is able to provide win-win solutions for both the client and ABM.  Minimum Requirements  Experience in an office facilities environment is desired Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adjust work schedule as needed to support the operation   Proficient in Microsoft Office Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations Must maintain a valid State issued driver’s license Previous custodial experience desired  Able to stand up to 10 hours per day
