Job Description

Employees of the maintenance team are responsible for ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are in good working conditions to support uninterrupted production operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and organize maintenance records and logs.
• Install and set up new machinery or equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to schedule maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during maintenance work.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
