Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician for apartment communities in Shaker Heights and Edgewater Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate!

Boiler experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

• $22-24/hour, paid weekly
• Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal, insured mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
