What We Need From You:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC fixtures.
• Repair and maintain building structures, equipment, and appliances.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related role is required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
