Job Description

About the Role:
Autonomy Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a proven ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Utilize and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) effectively.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with team members to address equipment-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using and programming PLCs is required.
  • Technical degree in Mechatronics or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to read schematics/ blueprints
