Opportunity for experienced Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician helps maintain
the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium Association. Ensures
that all mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly
maintained in a clean and esthetically appealing condition.
Candidate must have initiative and the
ability to work independently and report to the manager work that was
accomplished.
In addition to the general maintenance
of the building, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for cleaning
and grounds keeping duties such as taking out trash, pick up, other duties as
assigned.
Full Time: Monday- Friday
Pay Scale Up to $20 Per Hour DOE
