Job Description

Overall governance
• Ensure understanding of policies, standards, work processes and procedures in order to understand tasks needed to be carried out according to function's policies and frameworks, as well as to ensure alignment and compliance with legal regulations and with the company's overall direction, standards and governance.
• Support periodic revision of policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures that are relevant to Solar Panel Maintenance work to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company's policies & compliance with relevant governance.

Function-Related Accountabilities
• Perform solar panel maintenance work and other relevant tasks as assigned to comply with company's policies and objectives.
• Coordinate work with colleagues to ensure solar panel maintenance undertakings are on time, effective, and in accordance with the required standards.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of panels as assigned including panel cleaning, thermo-scanning, and ground system check in order to ensure smooth operations of solar panels.
• Maintain panel key indicators for solar panel status, including but not limited to panel cleanliness, dust level, temperature level, etc. in order to prevent unexpected breakdown.
• Perform the inspection of solar power generation performance in order to ensure optimal power generation.
• Inform, if needed, the immediate superior of maintenance work that requires services from outsourced parties to ensure general upkeeping of company's assets.
• Keep abreast with operational safety guidelines to ensure personal safety at work.
• Pass on identified operation hazards to immediate superior to contain operational risks and ensure work safety.
