Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting)
Troubleshoot and fix electrical & plumbing issues
Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures
Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests
Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly
Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep
Participate in on-call rotation (as needed)
4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience
Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused
$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
