What you will be doing and delivering

This role is Monday to Friday, with participation in an on-call roster every 6–8 weeks. As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Maintain fixed and mobile
  plant, equipment, and buildings in line with work orders via the CMMS (MEX) system
• Fabricate and assemble metal components with precision, ensuring correct fit, clearance, and alignment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in plant and equipment
• Source and procure required parts and materials efficiently
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and respond promptly to critical breakdowns
• Safely operate a range of maintenance plant and equipment
• Participate in a roster to provide timely support during emergency breakdowns across the farm

What you will bring to the role

• Be a qualified Fitter and Turner, Fitter Welder, Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitter, or hold a similar trade
  qualification
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude
• Hold a current driver’s licence
• Experience with CMMS MEX, or similar software system, a forklift license and EWP ticket is highly desirable
• Flexible with weekend work when necessary during emergency breakdowns
