Job Description

Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in El Cajon, CA!

Pay Range: $30/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs to restore equipment to operating condition.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
• Document maintenance activities and work performed in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that tools and equipment are safely stored.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff on various tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in maintenance work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
