Job Description

Maintenance is responsible for maintaining gym properties (general building maintenance and repairs) and maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance for all fitness equipment.

Part time: 24-28 hours per week, M-F. Semi flexible schedule but must work sometime between the hours of 9am-4pm, with occasional off hours as needed. Please do not apply if this does not fit your schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance repairs, i.e., basic plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, painting, drywall repair, locks, and preventative maintenance work.
• Preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Assist with daily cleaning and upkeep of facility.
• Maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance tasks for all fitness equipment in gym
• Perform basic maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Perform carpentry repair duties

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair fitness equipment issues
• Ability to diagnose and fix electrical issues related to fitness equipment
• Mechanical minded with ability to adapt to technology related issues
• Routinely lift, pull, push, and bend while lifting up to 75 pounds
• Basic skills with hand and some power tools required

Pay dependent on related experience.
