Salary Range: $23.28 - $23.28 Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities.  Other duties may be assigned)
- Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of Lifeways facilities and office equipment, coordinate schedules for repairs
- General building repairs (paint, patch, replace, etc.)
- Maintain grounds such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, disposing of refuse, etc.
- Requisition for tools, equipment and supplies
- Entry level carpentry, electrical, plumbing & HVAC maintenance and repairs.
- Entry level wet/dry fire system operation including fire response protocols
- Ensure work conforms to blueprints and specifications
- Entry level understanding and implementation of SOP’s
- Coordinate fire inspections for all Lifeways locations, including extinguisher services for compliance
- Prioritize and complete all work orders that are received
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Ability to travel to Umatilla & Treasure Valley locations.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Maintain standards of confidentiality of Lifeways’ clients and records
- Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with Lifeway’s policies/procedures, Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in facilities or another related field
- Successful completion of background check
- Valid Driver’s License
Required Physical Demands
- Is frequently required to stand, walk; climb or balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. of weight; push/pull objects.
