Job Scope (can include any or all of the following):
Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance of building systems and equipment
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, and other facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
Diagnose and repair issues as they arise, which may include fixing leaks, electrical failures, or malfunctioning equipment
Coordinate with project managers and other construction team members to identify equipment needs and provide timely repairs
Comply with safety regulations and following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials
