We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of facilities and equipment
Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repairs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Document maintenance activities and report findings as needed
Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
