You as a Casual Maintenance II / Maintenance Engineer will:

Conducts minor repairs to the building including a variety of maintenance duties in and around the buildings and grounds. This position will also assist other trades in completing their tasks, and respond to Fire Alarms as part of the fire brigade.

Is this the right role for you?

• Completion of a certified trade course or program recognized by the Ontario College of Trades or the applicable regulating authority.
• Must be willing to work evening and weekends.
• Must have and maintain a current license or certification in the trade.
• Experience with all aspects of plumbing and HVAC equipment, as well knowledge of fire alarm systems, water testing equipment, and dietary equipment would be beneficial.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a maintenance/construction environment
• Casual Availability (Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm ) (Sat and Sun / weekend, evening, holiday and overnight work may be required, as needed)
