Job Title: MaintenanceTechnician Department: 7011

Reports to: Facilities Director Effective Date: December 2025

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, flexible hours Remote: NO

Seeking a reliable and skilled individual to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout 4 locations – Worcester. Westborough, Camp Wind in the Pines, and Confidential Shelter.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist Facilities Director with general and minor maintenance duties
  • Work collaboratively with the Facilities Director ensuring to report problems and /or concerns in a timely manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing doors, locks, or windows.
  • Respond to maintenance requests
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain a log of completed repairs and follow safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with members, outside vendors, and staff members.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual



Qualifications

Education and

Experience:

  • High school or trade school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
  • Proven experience in building or equipment maintenance preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Perform physicals tasks that include standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
