Maintenance Technicians - 2nd and 3rd shifts

Location – Mebane - Alamance (please note we are open to relocating candidates from Kentucky, Tennessee orMichigan if they have the right potential and ambition to develop their careers with us)

Role Purpose and Value

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial automation equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems with machinery
  • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime
  • Utilize hydraulics experience to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
  • Utilize PLC programming experience to make necessary adjustments and modifications.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals

To be set up for success, the ideal candidate needs to come with a strong background in:

  • PLC troubleshooting and programming
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in creating preventive maintenance plans

  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc)
  • Servo Motors
  • Industrial Robot (Fanuc, Yaskawa Motoman)
