Job Title: Maintenance Technician III
Advanced-level position responsible for conducting and leading complex maintenance operations troubleshooting high-level mechanical issues and overseeing preventative maintenance programs. Acts as technical expert and mentor within the maintenance team, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and ensures reliability and safety of all CNC and facility systems. Requires extensive experience and leadership capabilities.

Academic/Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal degrees or certifications
Required Skills/Experience:
5+ years of progressive maintenance experience, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
Advanced knowledge of CNC systems, mechanical diagnostics, and fabrication.
Possess advanced knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical concepts.
Leads complex repairs and emergency response efforts.
Skilled in welding, machining, and custom part fabrication.
Oversees preventative maintenance programs and inventory management.
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
May coordinate with vendors, contractors, or engineering teams.
