Job responsibilities include:
Follow Safety and Company Policies Adhere to all company procedures, especially safety protocols like electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and hot work; complete monthly safety inspections and coordinate annual fire extinguisher checks.
Operate and Repair Equipment Learn to operate and repair a wide range of equipment (e.g., furnaces, sealant machines, forklifts, cranes); coordinate with manufacturers for complex repairs.
Support Preventive Maintenance Follow maintenance schedules, assist with the plant maintenance program, and document all tasks performed.
Maintain Clean and Safe Work Areas Keep tools secure and workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
Assist Production and Drive Improvements Help with production as needed, interpret blueprints, troubleshoot equipment, and suggest ways to improve products, services, and operations.
