We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure our production machines operate smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing:

• Machine Maintenance: Oversee the proper maintenance of factory production machines, including Electrical Assembly (SMT), plastic injection molding, cables, and magnetics.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform and monitor preventive maintenance activities according to schedule.
• Unscheduled Maintenance: Address and manage urgent maintenance tasks while adhering to factory SLA and priorities.
• Safety & Quality: Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Spare Parts Monitoring: Track machine spare parts to ensure availability and readiness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, QA, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in maintaining complex automated machines.
• Certification: A Certified Electrician Diploma is highly advantageous.
• Education: Diploma in mechanical or electronic engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with engineering drawings (mechanical and electrical) and expertise in pneumatic and motion control systems.
• Automation Knowledge: Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, as well as advanced automation machinery.
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computerized systems in maintenance workflows.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Attention to Detail: Precision-focused approach to ensure high-quality execution.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communication.
