Maintenance Technician II is a mid-level role responsible for independently performing a broad range of maintenance tasks. This position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining properties to ensure they are in optimal condition. The role covers various maintenance activities such as caulking, painting, basic electrical and plumbing work, window and flooring repairs, fencing, roofing, concrete work, janitorial duties, landscaping, and HVAC maintenance. Maintenance Technician II ensures that all buildings, structures, equipment, and appliances are functioning as designed and supports the company in maintaining compliance with State and Federal regulations across the portfolio. This position reports to the Regional Maintenance Manager with daily worksite oversite from the properties Maintenance Technician III.
