Voor onze Maintenance & Engineering afdeling in Goes (NL) zijn we op zoek naar een Maintenance Technician om ons team bij Bolton Adhesives te versterken.

Je zorgt voor een optimale werking van onze installaties en apparatuur, wat bijdraagt aan een efficiënt productieproces. Met jouw technische expertise op het gebied van onderhoud en storingen minimaliseer je uitvaltijd en waarborg je veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid in onze operaties.

Hoe je agenda eruitziet:

• Storingen Oplossen en Reparaties Uitvoeren: Lokaliseren en verhelpen van storingen, uitvoeren van (nood)reparaties en zorgen voor optimale functionaliteit van apparatuur.
• Periodiek Onderhoud: Uitvoeren van regelmatig onderhoud en inspecties op werktuigbouwkundig, elektrotechnisch en besturingstechnisch gebied.
• Samenwerken met Externe Partijen: Assisteren bij reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitgevoerd door externe partijen.
• Verbeteringen Voorstellen: Verbeteringen en alternatieve oplossingen aandragen voor technische vraagstukken.
• Documentatie: Wijzigingen vastleggen in schema’s, tekeningen en software.
• Projectondersteuning: Assisteren bij modificaties en installaties van nieuwe machines in samenwerking met engineeringcollega’s.
• Onderhoud Gereedschappen: Controleren en in optimale staat houden van gereedschappen en apparatuur binnen de afdeling.

Je team:

Je rapporteert direct aan de Manager Maintenance & Engineering en werkt nauw samen met het onderhoudsteam en het operations-team.

Wat maakt jou een goede match?

• Opleiding Je bent in het bezit van een diploma richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied
• Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar in een vergelijkbare functie.
• Technische Vaardigheden: Kennis van onderhoud en oplossen van storingen.
• Taal: Nederlands
• Kernvaardigheden: Proactief, probleemoplossend, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig. Hands-on, verantwoordelijk en integer.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance & Engineering team within our Adhesives business unit based in the Netherlands.

How you make the difference

In this position you ensure that our installations and equipment operate smoothly, contributing to an efficient production process. Your expertise in technical maintenance and troubleshooting helps minimize downtime and ensures safety and reliability across operations.

How your agenda looks like:

• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Locate and resolve malfunctions, perform (emergency) repairs, and ensure optimal equipment functionality.
• Periodic Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Collaboration with External Parties Assist with repairs and maintenance performed by external contractors.
• Propose Improvements Suggest enhancements and alternative solutions for technical challenges.
• Documentation Record changes in diagrams, drawings, and software.
• Project Support: Assist with modifications and installations of new machinery in collaboration with engineering colleagues.
• Tool Maintenance: Ensure tools and equipment within the department are in optimal condition.

Your team:

You will report directly to the Manager Maintenance & Engineering and work closely with a dedicated maintenance team and our operations-team.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education MBO4-level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a similar field of expertise.
• Experience Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a production environment.
• Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Languages Dutch
