Maintenance Technician – $28+/Hour | 3rd Shift

Cambridge, OH | Full-Time | Experienced Maintenance

WSB Solutions is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time 3rd shift position in Cambridge, OH.

If you have experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial production equipment and are comfortable working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $28+/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift

Location: Cambridge, OH

Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help reduce production downtime
• Install, adjust, repair, and replace equipment components
• Identify potential equipment problems and address them before they cause downtime
• Read electrical and mechanical schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation
• Document maintenance and repair work
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Availability to work 3rd shift
