We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of residential properties. This role is responsible for completing work orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance and repair work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general repairs
- Respond to assigned service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of buildings and grounds
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment
- Participate in training, site meetings, and special projects as assigned
- Provide feedback on maintenance needs and property improvements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of related maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- HVAC experience required; EPA Universal certification required
- Boiler license and/or pool certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must have own hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Ability to travel between multiple properties
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Regular lifting of 20–50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
- Frequent walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and standing
