Job Objective

Ensure an optimal production process under consideration of economical, deadline and quality aspects as well as with regard to safety instructions, quality specifications, economical and compliance guidelines. Information obligation towards the supervisor.

Description Of Main Tasks

• Assurance of the functionality of all mechanical systems under consideration of all internal and external instructions
• Processing and documentation of all service and maintenance work on machines, facilities, tools, equipment and auxiliary means
• Processing and documentation of repairs and maintenance work according to the facility management
• Trouble shooting and correction in hydraulic and pneumatic controls and systems
• If required, production of plant parts and devices
• Procurement of spare parts according to specifications and according to instruction (day)
• Execution of on-call services according to operational planning
• Collaboration in projects (day)
• Active collaboration in TPM System
