职责:
1.具备较强的安全意识，有效执行公司的安全标准要求。
2.负责设备的日常维护，包括设备清洁、润滑、检查和调整设备运行状态、预防性维护工作等。
3.责任设备潜在故障的识别、状态跟踪及处理、备品备件需求的识别并汇总。
4.设备紧急故障的排除，频发故障根本原因的识别及预防及改善。
5.设备工装的检查、维护、清洁 。
6.注塑设备：
-参与制定并执行注塑设备的维修计划，确保设备在规定的时间进行维护和修理。
-熟练操作注塑设备，包括设备启动、停止、运行、取料、注料、保压、取件等动作。
-检查设备的功能，识别跟踪备件计划，发现问题及时上报，并采取有效的解决措施，以保证设备正常运转。
任职要求：
1. 中技或中专以上学历，机械原理、机电一体化相关专业, 至少三年制造工厂的维修岗位工作经验, 有注塑生产线维护经验或外企工作经验的优先。
2. 具体TPM预防性维护专业知识。
3. 能读懂英文说明手册，具备办公软件基本使用能力的优先。
4. 具备一定的团队合作精神，能够有效地沟通和协调工作中的事宜。
5. 具备良好的职业道德，协作精神，态度端正，积极向上，对工作认真负责。较强的执行能力，思路开阔, 自驱力、学习能力强。
