Maintenance Technical Support Call Analyst

What you will enjoy doing*

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers including technicians, drivers, sales representatives, and customers requesting information or service on their supply system
• Document and coordinate service requests from customers efficiently
• Process emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites
• Troubleshoot cryogenic equipment to resolve minor problems remotely on customer systems
• Configure and perform minor troubleshooting of Remote Telemetry Units
• Work alongside Customer Service Technicians in the field to support service delivery

• Hold an associate degree or possess equivalent technical experience
• Bring 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude as an advantage
• Complete cryogenic training provided to support role requirements

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $63,375 - $92,950.
