Maintain a safe work environment. Supervises maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures. Accomplishes maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees. Meets maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems. Works with a cross functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions. Fulfills shift operations plans by receiving operational report from previous shift and allocating resources, in addition to fulfilling current operational plan. Completes shift operations by monitoring maintenance services, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems. Documents maintenance services by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, ensuring accuracy of data. Contributes to maintenance and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results. All other duties as assigned.
