Salary Range: $17.75 - $21.89 Hourly

What You’ll Do as a Carroll Lutheran Village Maintenance Technician III:
- · ​​​​​​Be self-sufficient with the ability to create one’s own work to effectively reduce resident work order requests.
- · Assist in the planning and performing of such duties as needed for a safe and functional operational maintenance program in the following areas:
- Perform electrical, plumbing, water, air, steam, and/or other production equipment tasks
- Troubleshoot and maintenance of building utilities
- Perform HVAC tasks
- Operate automated control systems
- Install, maintain, and repair series and multiple lighting systems
- Ensure all equipment and functions comply with safety requirements
- Assist in general facilities upkeep, Grounds Care: Clean-up of parking lots, access roads, snow removal, etc.

QualificationsWhat You'll Need as a Carroll Lutheran Village Maintenance Tech III:
- Education: High School Certificate plus two years technical training or equal, or two years experience.
- Certification in HVAC a plus
- License: Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- The position requires expertise in any ONE of the following and basic skills in the remaining categories:
- AC and Refrigeration
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Kitchen equipment
- Carpentry and Finishing skills
- .Pneumatic/Electronic Systems and Controls
- Vehicles
- General Building
