This role will be a main point of contact for the building owners and a contributor to system design and functionality discussions. The Maintenance Technician II provides vital support for building operations and maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning and continuing operation. This role involves inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and automatic temperature control equipment. Additionally, this role will assist in system design and functionality discussions and be an integral part of a growing team.
