The Maintenance Technician 2 at Parkwest Gardens is a key member of our team who helps ensure residents receive timely, reliable service and that our community is maintained to a high standard. We're looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential building systems while completing work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers quality repairs and excellent customer service.

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $21 per hour, and more based on experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
• Can independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high-quality repairs.
• Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
• Assists in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.
