Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs in accordance with submitted work orders
  • Perform general maintenance task including painting, landscaping and carpentry repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance, reporting major repair and maintenance needs to Facilities Manager
  • Provide assistance with keeping the information in the maintenance software platform up to date
  • Complete independent projects
  • Assist Facilities Manager with project tracking and vendor management
  • Proactively identify and communicate to Maintenance Coordinator potential opportunities for maintenance projects
  • Assist in creating and scheduling preventive maintenance and service work orders
  • Perform building, equipment, grounds and system inspections to identify any issues
  • Meet and work with vendors to complete RFP's and projects.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards
  • Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Office hours are: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. This position requires occasional shifts outside of traditional hours during a scheduled shut down for equipment service or in emergency repair situations. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status.

This position is 100% onsite at designated locations.

EDUCATION- CERTIFICATIONS- WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years maintenance experience required
  • Trade apprenticeship graduate preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent travel within a 50 mile radius, occasional travel within 150 mile radius
  • Push, pull or lift up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. regularly
  • Spend long periods of time standing and/or walking
  • Climb ladder and/or ramps regularly
  • Stoop, crouch and kneel regularly

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Must have valid drivers license and current insurance
  • Must wear work appropriate shoes/boots and pants for Safety reasons
  • This position will occasionally require evenings and weekend work
