Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Tech is responsible for the work of & general maintenance of the grounds, clubhouse and equipment. Individuals of such genres are liable to ensure the proper conducting of all maintenance and service functions in a facility.

Campbell Property Management maintains four fully staffed offices (as well as many on-site offices) and comprises of over 400 full-time employees.
