Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Training in mechanics/electricity/electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electromechanics;
• Experience in industrial maintenance;
• Experience in team management.
• Initiative, leadership and negotiation. Proactive, good communication skills, good interpersonal relationships and ability to work in a team.
Reports to the Maintenance Manager and will have as main responsibilities:
• Supervise the operation of maintenance work, with regard to the distribution of tasks by the team, and oversee the execution of equipment maintenance work;
• Know and apply the procedures of the maintenance sector;
• Determine the manufacturing process of spare parts and route them to manufacture;
• Analyze the production loss times due to maintenance, utilization, productivity, and labor efficiency, proposing actions for improving these indicators;
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs, drives, and robots;
• Critically analyze equipment shutdowns for corrective maintenance using this information to improve preventive maintenance.
