Role Overview

The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing Toters' facility maintenance operations, ensuring warehouses and other facilities remain safe, functional, and operationally ready. The role manages preventive and corrective maintenance activities and supervises the maintenance team and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across Toters facilities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise Maintenance Coordinators, Handymen, technicians, and external contractors.
• Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues and breakdowns.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, mechanical, and other facility systems.
• Establish maintenance schedules and ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and identify potential maintenance requirements.
• Manage external maintenance contractors and service providers.
• Ensure maintenance works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Track maintenance costs, recurring issues, and facility performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs and improve facility reliability.
• Support facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects when required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, warranties, and service contracts.
• Ensure facilities are maintained in a condition that supports uninterrupted warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, or Maintenance Operations.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and team management capabilities.
• Experience in retail, commercial, warehousing, or multi-site environments is preferred.
