What you’ll do
Inspect properties and manage repairs across your assigned patch
Provide clear technical advice to trades and contractors
Handle disrepair cases and address damp and mould issues
Oversee building works and ensure delivery meets agreed timelines
Prepare empty homes quickly for re-let

You are
Qualified to HNC/HND/Degree level in Surveying or Construction, or MCIOB
Knowledgeable in damp and mould, holding PCAQT and HHSRS or willing to gain
Experienced in diagnosing property issues and specifying remedial works
Knowledgeable in building pathology, including subsidence
Experienced in managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance
