Job Description

Your mission

The maintenance support technician ensures the upkeep of systems and makes sure to provide direct support to clients in handling their requests.

of main tasks

- Weekly monitoring of DNCI and DCND supervisions
- Weekly analysis and reporting of supervision analyses with the maintenance services
- Remote updating and maintenance of the equipment fleet
- Level I (see II) hotline for the anti-drone fleet (French only)
- Management of the hotline schedule with team members
- Creation and tracking of tickets related to fleet analyses and hotline
- Updating files
- Writing documentation

Your profile

Your scope of action and responsibilities are as follows: 
- Ensure the compliance of processes and tools
- Ensure optimal operation
- Maintain and contribute to the development of systems and processes
- Work must be carried out ensuring everyone's safety and respecting internal quality requirements in connection with applicable codes/standards
- Actively participate in reporting risks or malfunctions and propose improvement ideas

Your profile is suitable if you have:
- Experience and skills in the field of information technologies, networks, and wireless technologies
- Experience, knowledge, and skills in electronic and radio frequency systems
- The ability to use appropriate tools and report on performance
- Proficiency in technical English

- Organized / autonomous / capable of taking initiative  
- Communicative, both in writing and orally  
- Reactive and able to adapt quickly  
- Able to work according to imposed deadlines
